To change an order
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the items are dispatched. If your delivery address is no longer valid, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the change before we dispatch your order.Once your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to make this change.
Consumer: If you are a consumer, you can return your purchase without reason within seven working days after the date of receipt. This will constitute cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations, and if exercised you must then return the goods to us. You have to return the order at your own expense, but there is no requirement to use a trackable service. Returns are processed on day of receipt with written confirmation and refunded via the original payment method.
Business: Returns are at our discretion and subject to prior authorisation requested within seven working days after the date of receipt. In practice, apart from exceptional circumstances, this will always be granted.
Unfortunately loopholes in the EU Distance Selling Regulations are being exploited by fraudsters. To protect the viability of our business and other customers, please note that we have the absolute right to refuse further supplies to anyone for any reason.
